Refund & Cancellation

This policy explains the terms regarding cancellations and refunds for our Sri Lankan holiday packages.

Refund Requests:

• 1.1 Cancellation by Customer: Must be in writing. Effective from date of receipt.
• 1.2 Refunds: Processed in the original form of payment, subject to administrative deductions.

Changes & Modifications:

• 2.1 Changes by Customer: We make every effort to accommodate dates/itinerary shifts.
• 2.2 Changes by Vertextravels: Itinerary modifications will be informed as soon as possible.

Non-Utilization:

3.1 No refunds for unused portions of tours, accommodations, or meals.

Force Majeure:

4.1 We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel due to natural disasters or political unrest.
